GSD Social.  Designed to allow owners of all GSD to socialize their puppies and older dogs.  There is large, safe enclosed pasture where the dogs can run and play.  A Rally course can be set up upon request.  If you are new to the social with your dog, or have a new dog this year, you need to show proof of rabies and sign in for liability purposes.  Dogs that are not running in the pasture have to be on a leash with an appropriate slip, martingale, pinch, or other type of collar or a harness.  An appropriate muzzle should also be used with reactive dogs.  Nail trimming will be available.  Other breeds of dogs are welcome.  The club or a club member will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, or other meat choices for supper and a dish to pass is nice but not absolutely necessary.  Bring your own lawn chair.  Unless otherwise noted, social will be outside of the barn/garage with food inside on tables. Meats can be done on a grill.  Limited beverages, plates, bowls, plasticware, condiments will be available, but it is always appreciated if you bring your own.
